At Gofar, we work with major postal carriers to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Gofar is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages atter they have been accepted by the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
At this time, shipping insurance is not included with orders.
We recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct at checkout and selecting a secure delivery location.
